Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026
1. Overview
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE IS NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD, FREE TRIAL CONVERSION, OR GRACE PERIOD UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD UPON CANCELLATION.
This policy applies to all services provided by RWX-TEK INC. ("GladiTel"), including the setup fee, monthly hosting, add-ons, and revision fees.
2. Setup Fee ($249.00)
- The one-time setup fee of $249.00 is charged immediately upon purchase and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This fee covers the design, customization, configuration, and deployment of your website. Work begins immediately upon payment.
- Because digital services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," the setup fee is final upon purchase.
- No refund will be issued if you decide not to use the website, are unsatisfied with the design, close your business, or cancel your account.
3. Monthly Hosting ($39.00/mo)
- Monthly hosting fees are billed automatically on the same day each month starting the month after your setup.
- No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period if you cancel mid-month.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
- No refunds are issued for months where the service was available but unused.
4. Add-ons and Revisions
- The AI Chatbot add-on ($19.00/mo) follows the same non-refundable policy as monthly hosting.
- Revision fees ($29.00 each) are non-refundable once the revision request has been submitted, as work begins immediately.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your website will be taken offline within 24 hours.
- Your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged fees, including the setup fee.
6. Suspension for Non-Payment
- If a monthly payment fails, you will receive an email notification.
- You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method and resolve the issue.
- After 3 days, your website will be automatically suspended (taken offline).
- Your website will be restored once payment is successfully processed.
- If payment is not resolved within 30 days of suspension, your account may be permanently cancelled and data deleted.
SUSPENSION DOES NOT PAUSE YOUR BILLING OBLIGATION. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OUTSTANDING CHARGES.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated.
- If the chargeback is resolved in the Company's favor, you agree to pay a $50.00 administrative fee in addition to any unpaid subscription fees.
- GladiTel reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance, including legal fees incurred in responding to fraudulent chargebacks.
- If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@gladitel.com before disputing with your bank.
8. Exceptions
GladiTel may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a credit or partial refund in cases of documented service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that are directly caused by GladiTel. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No exception will be made for the setup fee.
If required by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive for EU/EEA consumers), applicable mandatory refund rights will apply.
