Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use GladiTel websites to host, display, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal content -- Any content that violates federal, state, or local laws, or content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates illegal activity.
• Hate speech and harassment -- Content that promotes hatred, violence, threats, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Sexually explicit material -- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Intellectual property infringement -- Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Malicious code -- Malware, viruses, spyware, phishing pages, or any form of malicious software or code.
• Spam and deceptive marketing -- Spam, unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or deceptive business practices.
• Regulated data violations -- Content that violates HIPAA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, or other data protection and privacy regulations.
• Counterfeit goods and fraud -- Promotion or sale of counterfeit goods, knockoff products, or fraudulent services.
• Content harmful to minors -- Any content designed to exploit, harm, or endanger minors.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to access other customers' data, accounts, or websites.
• Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk email.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the GladiTel platform or any related systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing GladiTel services without prior written authorization from RWX-TEK INC.
• Using the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Enforcement

We take violations of this policy seriously. Enforcement actions are determined based on the severity of the violation:

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy at any time, with or without notice.
• Termination for violation of this Acceptable Use Policy does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe a GladiTel-hosted website is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@gladitel.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report." Please include:

• The URL of the website in question.
• A description of the violation.
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.).

We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
